Kingdom

Jesus didn’t mention the church very much – in fact, the Gospels only record two places where he talked about it, in Matthew 16 and 18. But he seemed to talk about the Kingdom of God all the time; it was his main theme. Have a quick look through Matthew, Mark, or Luke and you will see scores of places where Jesus talks about the Kingdom of God – or the Kingdom of Heaven, as Matthew records it.
